Stanley’s Red-White-Blue
Since 2000, Stanley has been incorporating the ubiquitous red-white-blue fabric into his photography, poster designs and installation art.
In his work, Stanley retains the original sturdy material, but has come up with numerous variations on the design. Through deconstructing, reassembling and recombining the familiar red-white-blue fabric, he has brought to it a completely novel feeling, like the “Hong Kong spirit” that lies behind the material – resilience and adaptability.
